Job Summary

The

Plant Manager

will oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facilities, ensuring

efficiency, safety, and productivity

. This role involves managing staff, optimizing production schedules, maintaining quality standards, and implementing continuous improvements aligned with the company's growth vision.

Your Role - Challenging and Future-Oriented!

As Plant Manager at Tayal & Co., you will:

Oversee end-to-end plant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production.

Lead, motivate, and develop plant teams to achieve operational excellence.

Ensure compliance with

ISO standards, quality management systems, and safety protocols

.

Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor production to meet deadlines and customer requirements.

Evaluate and mitigate risks related to cost, safety, legal requirements, and environmental factors.

Allocate resources (personnel, equipment, and materials) effectively for optimal performance.

Ensure delivery of high-quality products for Indian Railways and other mobility projects.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and build a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.

Your Qualifications and Skills - Strong and Proven!

Minimum

10 years' experience

in manufacturing/industrial operations.

Proven track record in a

managerial role

within a production or plant environment.

Knowledge of

railway components, safety systems, or precision engineering

(preferred).

Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.

Experience in

lean manufacturing principles

and process optimization.

Knowledge of

ISO standards, quality assurance, and safety systems

.

Excellent communication skills and good command of English.
