Plant Manager - Cement Brick Manufacturing

Role: Oversee all aspects of cement brick production, including: Production: Manage daily operations, optimize production processes, ensure quality control. Maintenance: Supervise plant equipment, schedule repairs, implement preventative maintenance programs. Inventory: Monitor raw materials and finished goods inventory, manage stock levels. Safety: Ensure a safe and compliant work environment, enforce safety protocols. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production workers, foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar supervisory role in manufacturing. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and quality assurance. Experience with safety regulations and best practices.
