ELIGIBILITY:
Qualification- Graduation/MBA
Age- 30-35 years or above
Experience- Minimum 5 years in a plant or manufacturing environment
Preferable- Male candidate only
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
In-depth understanding of production planning, lean manufacturing, and industrial safety.
Effective communication with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using ERP systems and production tracking tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage all plant operations to achieve production targets and quality standards.
Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Monitor equipment, inventory, and production workflows.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies.
Manage, train, and mentor plant staff, creating a high-performing team.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align plant activities with corporate goals.
Analyze metrics and present performance reports to stakeholders.
