Job Title: Plant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, team management, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily plant operations, production planning, and inventory management

- Lead a team of production staff, supervisors, and engineers to achieve production goals

- Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure product quality

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

- Manage budgets, reduce costs, and optimize resources

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

- Collaborate with production planning and stores teams to forecast material needs

- Source and negotiate with suppliers for best prices and terms

- Monitor and report on procurement performance and metrics

- Implement and maintain procurement systems and processes

- Ensure timely receipt and inspection of goods

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or related field

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control systems
