Staff and leadership:
Manage plant staff, coordinate schedules, set performance goals, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Production and scheduling:
Coordinate production schedules to meet facility capabilities, customer requirements, and financial planning.
Cost control:
Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs, manage operational expenses within budget, and investigate cost-saving measures.
Maintenance:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for equipment and the facility.
Performance and reporting:
Monitor key performance indicators, prepare production and performance reports, and maintain all administrative records.
Continuous improvement:
Drive initiatives for continuous improvement, optimizing processes, and enhancing overall productivity.
