Job Description

Globe Print N Pack is looking for a Motivated and Experienced Plant Head / Factory Head to join our factory team in Kaman Industrial Estate, Poman, Vasai.

Roles and Responsibility:

Production Oversight

Plan and execute daily production schedules Ensure optimal utilization of resources and machinery Monitor output quality and quantity to meet targets

Maintenance & Safety

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and manage plant staff Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Conduct performance reviews and skill development programs

Strategic Planning

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement Lead initiatives like Lean Manufacturing

Budget & Cost Control

Manage operational budgets and control costs Optimize asset usage and reduce waste or overtime

Coordination & Communication

Liaise with supply chain, logistics, and senior management Ensure timely delivery and inventory management Report on plant performance and future forecasts

Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles Strong grasp of production processes, quality control, and safety standards Proficiency in data analysis, team management, and strategic planning
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
