Job Opening: Plant Head - Can Line (Beverage Industry)

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Plant Head - Can Line to lead end-to-end operations of our Can Line manufacturing facility. The role demands strong leadership in production, quality, safety, cost control, TPM, and continuous improvement to ensure world-class beverage manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

1.Lead complete Can Line plant operations including Production, Engineering, Quality, Utilities, and Logistics

2.Achieve production targets, efficiency, OEE, and delivery timelines

3.Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, GMP, Factories Act, and EHS norms

4.Drive TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Operational Excellence

5.Control plant costs (OPEX & CAPEX) and improve cost per case

6.Oversee maintenance strategy (PM, AM, breakdown reduction)

7.Lead audits, safety initiatives, and statutory compliance8.Coordinate with Supply Chain, Stores, Warehouse, and Dispatch

9.Prepare and present MIS & Monthly Operations Review (MOR) reports

10.Develop, mentor, and manage cross-functional plant teams

11.Support new Can Line commissioning, stabilization, and automation initiatives

Qualification & ExperienceBE / B.Tech - Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Industrial Engineering16-20 years of experience in Beverage ManufacturingMinimum 5-7 years in senior plant leadership roles
