Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations including production, maintenance, and quality control. Ensure target achievement and minimal downtime through effective production planning. Implement lean manufacturing practices and 5S for continuous improvement. Supervise plant teams and department heads, fostering accountability and efficiency. Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and purchase departments. Monitor performance metrics, downtime analysis, and reporting to management.

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and team management experience. Hands-on knowledge of WPC extrusion, foam board pressing, and lamination units. Familiarity with ERP, production planning, and quality assurance systems. Expertise in preventive maintenance, resource allocation, and safety compliance.

Preferred Industry Background:

WPC, PVC, Foam Board, Plastic Extrusion, or any related manufacturing setup.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?85,000.00 per month
