Job Description


We are looking to hire a result-driven / target-oriented Plant Manager for Nitrile Gloves Manufacturing plant located at Nilokottai. About the job Roles & Responsibilities as mentioned below 1. Receive monthly production plan from the Planning team 2. Proficient in Nitrile / Latex / Surgical Glove Production 3. Proficient in manpower planning as well as in production planning conveyor wise 4. Able to handle 100 to 200 employees on the shop floor and various department 5. Capable of building a new product line 6. Manpower skill matrix study 7. Proficient in handling machinery and materials 8. Well versed in handling equipment and its operating procedures 9. Proficient in following work instructions 10. Good mathematical skills 11. Knowledge of sequence of operations 12. Ability to follow cost reduction methods 13. Knowledge of procedures to increase productivity 14. 5S implementation on shop floor 15. Responsible for skill development of employees 16. Coordinating with Buyer representatives 17. Coordinating with HRs for Buyer & Social Audit 18. Attrition rate of the shop floor to be controlled Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of production experience
  • Strong organizational and managerial skills
  • In & around - Dindugul / Madurai
  • 35 to 45 Years of age
