KRA's :
1. Production Planning & Execution
o??Ensure smooth production planning and timely completion of output.
o??Maintain consistent capacity utilization without disruptions.
2. Plant Operations Efficiency
o??Improve end-to-end workflow and eliminate bottlenecks.
o??Strengthen coordination with relevant teams to enhance operational flow.
3. Cost Control & Budget Management
o??Optimize material usage, manpower, and operating costs.
o??Drive cost-effective practices while adhering to approved budgets.
4. People Leadership & Development
o??Lead and guide the workforce to maintain high performance standards.
o??Ensure continuous skill enhancement and strong work discipline.
5. Compliance & Governance
o??Maintain adherence to statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements.
o??Ensure accurate documentation and promote ethical plant practices.
6. Strategic Projects & Continuous Improvement
o??Lead process improvements and modernization initiatives.
o??Support new product introductions and align operations with business goals.
