We are a leading manufacturer of commercial labels and IML plastic containers based at Coimbatore. Our plant runs advanced injection molding, blow molding & IML automation systems. We are expanding and hiring a strong Maintenance Engineer to support operations

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Plant Maintenance Engineer with strong skills in

Injection Molding Machine maintenance, Blow Molding Machine repair, and Plastic Processing Equipment troubleshooting

. The role involves preventive & corrective maintenance, machine setup, robotics support, and ensuring smooth production.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on injection and blow molding machines. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC control issues. Handle mold changeovers, machine setup, and parameter optimization. Maintain auxiliary equipment: IML robots, chillers, cooling towers, compressors, conveyors, etc. Support machine erection, commissioning, and automation integration. Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare parts logs. Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and plant safety standards. Drive continuous improvement for reliability and productivity.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree: Mechanical, Electrical, Plastics, or Manufacturing Engineering. 2-5 years in Injection Molding or Blow Molding maintenance. Strong PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine control knowledge.
