We are looking for a Plant Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the maintenance activities within our manufacturing facility. The Plant Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment, machinery, and systems are operating efficiently and safely. This role involves supervising a team of maintenance technicians, scheduling preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in industrial maintenance, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include developing maintenance schedules, managing spare parts inventory, coordinating with production teams to minimize downtime, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The Plant Maintenance Supervisor will also be responsible for training and mentoring maintenance staff, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring that all maintenance activities are documented accurately. Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Manage spare parts inventory and procurement Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance staff Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Implement continuous improvement initiatives Respond to emergency maintenance requests Monitor maintenance budgets and control costs

Requirements:

Proven experience in industrial or plant maintenance Previous supervisory or leadership experience Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with maintenance management software High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or nights if needed
