Position:

Plant & Machinery Maintenance Executive- (Only Males)

Qualification required:

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance. ITI trades: Fitter, Electrician, Mechanical Maintenance, etc

Experience

- Min experience of 3 years in any MNC (Preferably food & beverage industry)

- 18K in hand

Timings:

9:30AM - 7:00PM

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute routine maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.

Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.

Respond promptly to machinery or equipment breakdowns.

Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs or arrange for service technicians.

Minimize downtime by prioritizing and resolving issues quickly.

Monitor the condition of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, AHU, RO, AIR COMPRESSOR, GENERATORS and other utility systems.

Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.

Track record of machinery breakdown requisition slips and maintain history record of each machine

Keep detailed logs of maintenance work done, faults identified, and resolutions.

Conduct routine safety checks and risk assessments and give proper training to machine operators.

Types of Machinery to be handled:

FBD, BLENDER, GRINDING & PULVERIZING MACHINE, Volumetric MACHINE.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,095.52 - ?20,000.00 per month
