Job Description

MKB Sales & Marketing Pvt. Ltd., a leading construction equipment rental service provider, is seeking a Plant & Machinery In-Charge to centrally monitor and manage all site machinery operations across our projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Paschim Vihar, Delhi.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational status of machinery deployed at various sites, ensuring optimal equipment utilization, scheduling timely maintenance, managing machinery operators and helpers, and maintaining accurate documentation for seamless operations.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience & Mechanical knowledge in the construction machinery given below

Boom Placer

- Transit mixture

- Crane

- Shotcrete

- telehandler

- Wheel loader

- Pilling rig

Supervisory Skills and Training

Plant Operations and Plant Maintenance

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work effectively in a team

Effective coordination and communication skills

Experience in Excel or machinery monitoring software/logbooks.

Managing Operator and Helpers and Motivating them to maintain equipment thoroughly and keep the uptime of the equipment maximized.

Kindly note that we are currently considering only those candidates who are based in Delhi or nearby locations, due to the nature of the job and its on-site requirements.
