We are looking for an experienced and responsible Plant Incharge to oversee daily factory operations, ensure smooth work flow, daily activities and manage manpower effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee complete Plant operations and Day today activities. Plan and monitor daily work schedules. Manage factory manpower, attendance, discipline, and performance Ensure proper maintenance. Coordinate with Service Team, Stores, Accounts departments Ensure safety standards, quality control, and compliance with company policies Report daily activities & Report
Eligibility & Qualifications: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production, or relevant field (preferred) Minimum 3-10 years of experience in Service operations Strong leadership and manpower-handling skills Good knowledge of Daily Operation planning, maintenance, and follow ups. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reports, emails) Ability to handle pressure and solve operational issues.
