Roles and Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production activities. Ensure production targets are achieved as per project timelines and quality standards. Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow. Optimize production processes for improved efficiency and reduced downtime. Monitor material usage and reduce wastage. Supervise and guide supervisors, technicians, and operators. Ensure proper work allocation and shift planning. Conduct daily toolbox meetings and assign work targets. Monitor labor productivity and enforce discipline on the shop floor. Ensure adherence to company and client quality standards for all manufactured panels. Collaborate with the QA/QC team to conduct inspections and resolve quality issues. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and maintenance reports. Present plant performance data to management. Maintain records of manpower, machinery utilization, and production output

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skills Sound knowledge of electrical systems and panel board manufacturing Expertise in production planning and process improvement Familiar with AutoCAD drawings and electrical schematics Good communication and coordination ability Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering Experience: Minimum 5-10 years in a manufacturing / electrical panel production environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Able to work in shift timing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
