Job Description

:

Managing operation: Ensuring the smooth functioning of the STP by monitoring the treatment processes, maintaining appropriate parameters and optimizing treatment efficiency.

Maintenance & Repairs: Supervising maintenance activities, conducting regular inspections, and coordinating repairs to ensure equipment and machinery are in good working condition.

Staff Management: Overseeing a team of operators and technicians, assigning duties, providing training, and evaluating their performance.

Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving operational problems and malfunctions that may occur during plant operation.

Qualification: B.E. Environmental/Mechanical

Experience: 2-3 Years preferable in STP Operation & Maintenance
