Job Description

Production Management:

Manage the daily operations of the molding department, from production planning and scheduling to ensuring efficient use of manpower and machinery.

Quality & Process Control:

Oversee adherence to quality standards, monitor process activities to reduce rejection rates, conduct testing, and implement corrective actions.

Team Leadership:

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of production workers and technicians, including managing staffing needs, performance, and training.

Maintenance & Equipment:

Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and repair of molding equipment, as well as manage tooling and spare parts inventory.
1-2 Year Exp.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Experience:

Two: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
