Plan and control daily production of corrugated boxes and offset printed materials as per order schedules.
Monitor and improve production efficiency; reduce wastage, rejection, and machine downtime.
Supervise operations of corrugation machines, die-cutting, pasting, stitching, and offset printing machines.
Oversee the complete offset printing process, including plate making, color matching, registration, and print quality.
Ensure proper usage and control of inks, plates, chemicals, and other printing consumables.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to print quality and machine performance.
Manage and lead supervisors, operators, helpers, and support staff.
Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of all production machines.
Implement and monitor 5S, safety, and housekeeping practices on the shop floor.
Control production costs, material wastage, and power consumption.
Maintain accurate production reports, raw material consumption data, and efficiency records.
Coordinate closely with Purchase, Stores, Sales, and other support departments.
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Production, or Printing Technology (preferred).
10-15 years of relevant experience in corrugated box manufacturing.
Strong hands-on experience in
Offset Printing operations
is mandatory.
