Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant In-Charge for our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) operations in the Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate will manage the production of quality concrete, ensuring efficiency and safety in operations while meeting delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management

: Supervise and oversee the entire RMC production process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery schedules.

Quality Assurance

: Implement and monitor quality control protocols to ensure consistent production of high-quality concrete.

Inventory Management

: Manage materials inventory, including procurement, storage, and usage to optimize production costs and minimize waste.

Team Leadership

: Lead and manage a team of plant operators and workers, ensuring effective collaboration and motivation to achieve production goals.

Maintenance Coordination

: Coordinate regular maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

Safety Compliance

: Enforce safety regulations and facilitate training to maintain a safe work environment for all plant personnel.

Software Proficiency

: MS-Office
Key Requirements

Experience

: 5-8 years of experience in managing RMC production in the real estate or construction industry.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Technical Knowledge

: Strong understanding of RMC production processes and quality control standards.

Leadership Skills

: Proven ability to lead and manage a production team effectively.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with modern RMC production technologies Familiarity with ISO quality standards in construction
