Opening for experienced manufacturing plant or factory HR to join our team. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including payroll, attendance management, recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management and compensation and benefits.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Proven experience as an HR in factory or manufacturing plant.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Payroll handling
Oversee employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring smooth integration into the company
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
