We are looking for an HR Generalist with 3+ years of experience in plant-level HR operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on the shopfloor, managing end-to-end HR functions, and supporting both management and employees. This role requires strong people management skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively in basic English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the first point of contact for shopfloor employees.
Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
Drive employee engagement activities at the plant.
Compliance & Administration
Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies.
Maintain statutory records (PF, ESI, attendance, leave management).
Support audits and inspections at the plant.
Performance & Training
Assist in performance evaluation processes.
Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
Support manpower planning and workforce optimization.
Data Management & Reporting
Prepare HR MIS reports using Advanced Excel (attendance, attrition, overtime, productivity).
Analyze workforce data to support decision-making.
Present reports to management in a clear and structured manner.
Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years as Plant HR / HR Generalist in a manufacturing/industrial setup.
