ob Description Time Office & Attendance Management o Monitor attendance, leave records, and shift schedules. o Coordinate with payroll team for monthly input and accuracy. Disciplinary & Compliance Handling o Handle disciplinary actions in consultation with HR Head and Legal team. o Ensure adherence to company policies and code of conduct. HR Reporting & Analytics o Prepare and submit regular reports on attendance, attrition, engagement, etc. o Maintain dashboards for plant HR performance indicators. Employee Relations & Welfare o Address and resolve employee grievances at the plant. o Foster a positive work environment through regular engagement. o Implement welfare schemes and health/safety initiatives. Employee Lifecycle Management o Manage onboarding and induction for new joiners. o Maintain employee records and HRMIS updates. o Coordinate confirmations, transfers, and exits. Statutory Compliance & Labor Law Adherence o Ensure timely compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.). o Liaise with statutory bodies and government departments. o
