Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end HR operations for the plant.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and statutory requirements.
Manage performance appraisal systems and grievance handling.
Work closely with plant leadership to align HR practices with business goals.
Drive cultural development, employee retention, and workplace discipline.
Requirements:
? MBA in HR with proven experience in a plant/manufacturing setup.
? 8-12 years of relevant HR experience (minimum 3-4 years in a leadership role).
? Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
? Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
