Job Summary

We are looking for a plant HR manager with hands-on experience in handling end-to-end HR operations and recruitment at a manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with blue-collar staff, managing attendance and compliance, and addressing day-to-day HR issues on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Handle recruitment for workers, operators, and other plant-level staff Coordinate with field recruiters to ensure timely manpower availability Manpower planning & manpower deployment at plant Recruitment & onboarding for staff and workers Attendance, shift scheduling & payroll coordination Employee engagement activities & grievance handling Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Factory Act, contractor compliance Training coordination, performance tracking & skill matrix Ability to handle complex employee issues and resolve conflict

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Plant HR or similar manufacturing environment Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred) Good understanding of labor compliance, factory-level HR practices, and blue-collar workforce management Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation and HRMS familiarity Willingness to work on-site full-time at the Godhi plant location
