Plant HR

Location-Kolgaon Palghar

Talent Acquisition to strengthen our recruitment function at the Plant & Manufacturing Unit. The role requires strong recruitment expertise, ensuring the right talent is hired to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and manufacturing roles (blue-collar, staff, and managerial).

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs.

Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, and social media.

Screen, evaluate, and shortlist profiles to ensure the right fit.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with line managers.

Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Maintain and update recruitment MIS reports and trackers.

Build a strong talent pipeline for future requirements

Qualifications:

1-3 years of recruitment experience (manufacturing/plant hiring preferred).

Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.

Ability to handle hiring independently and deliver within deadlines.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

Location : Palghar

Candidates preferable from Manufacturing background.
