To oversee and manage all HR functions at the plant level, ensuring effective HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, and industrial relations in line with organizational objectives and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Administration:
Manage end-to-end employee life cycle (on boarding to exit).
Maintain accurate employee records and HR MIS.
Monitor attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and shift planning.
Ensure timely documentation like appointment letters, confirmation, transfer, and relieving letters.
2. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws:
Ensure adherence to all statutory obligations under labor laws (ESI, PF, Factory Act, etc.).
Liaise with labor authorities and auditors as required.
Maintain compliance-related documentation and registers.
3. Industrial Relations:
Maintain cordial relationships with union/worker representatives.
Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Support in wage settlements and union negotiations (if applicable).
4. Employee Engagement & Communication:
Drive employee welfare programs and engagement initiatives.
Conduct monthly communication meetings, townhalls, and open forums.
Celebrate key festivals/events to build positive culture.
5. Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
Maintain training records and track effectiveness.
6. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):
Support safety officer in ensuring a safe working environment.
Promote health and hygiene initiatives in the plant.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of labor laws & statutory compliance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
Hands-on with HRMS systems
Language: Fluent in English, Hindi, and local language
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA / PG in HR or relevant field
MBA Intern / Freshers always welcome
3-6 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a plant HR role
Exposure to manufacturing or life sciences industry preferred

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
