Roles and Responsibilities



Manage all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, compliance with labor laws etc. Oversee factory HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of the plant. Develop and implement effective strategies for talent acquisition and retention in a manufacturing environment. * Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business objectives through people initiatives.
