Job Summary:

The Plant Head - HR will manage all HR functions at the Butibori manufacturing plant. The role includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and organizational development, ensuring alignment with business goals and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy

: Align HR strategies with business goals, drive performance and talent management initiatives.

Talent Acquisition

: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for the plant's workforce.

Employee Relations

: Address employee grievances, foster a positive work environment, and ensure employee satisfaction.

Performance Management

: Implement performance management systems, conduct reviews, and manage corrective actions.

Training & Development

: Identify skills gaps, develop training programs, and support career progression.

Compliance

: Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Compensation & Benefits

: Oversee salary, benefits programs, and payroll processing.

HR Analytics

: Utilize HR data for decision-making and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

Education

: Master's degree in HR or related field (MBA in HR preferred).

Experience

: 18+ years in HR management with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in manufacturing.

Skills

: Strong leadership, communication, employee relations, performance management, and compliance knowledge.
