Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. elevant HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection of candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution
Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely manner.
Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback for employee development.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
Maintain employee records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements
Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy in salary disbursements.
Promote a safe working environment by implementing health and safety programs.
Collaborate with management to conduct safety training and compliance audits.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
