Job Description

Manage end-to-end

plant recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning

in coordination with senior management. Handle

employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary matters

to maintain a positive work environment. Ensure

100% compliance with labor laws

, statutory requirements, and factory regulations. Coordinate with labor authorities and

manage union-related matters

, if applicable. Support and enforce

workplace safety, health, and welfare initiatives

in collaboration with safety teams. Drive

employee engagement and retention programs

to improve morale and productivity. Maintain accurate

HR records, attendance, and statutory documentation

. Prepare

HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics

for management review and decision-making.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
