Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Staffing

Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant-level positions. Ensure timely manpower availability as per production requirements.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Handle employee grievances and ensure healthy employee relations. Plan and implement employee engagement activities.

Statutory Compliance

Maintain compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, Factories Act, etc. Liaison with government authorities for statutory requirements.

Training & Development

Identify skill gaps and organize training programs for workers and staff. Monitor effectiveness of training interventions.

Performance Management

Support appraisal processes and performance improvement plans. Coordinate with HODs for KPI-based evaluations.

Attendance & Payroll

Oversee time office functions (attendance, leave management, shifts). Coordinate with accounts/HO for payroll inputs.

Health, Safety & Welfare

Drive safety awareness and compliance in the plant. Ensure employee welfare schemes and benefits are implemented.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,844.66 - ₹45,898.67 per month
