Job Description

Recruitment & Staffing



Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for

blue-collar workers

, technicians, and supervisors. Coordinate with hiring managers to create job descriptions, post job ads, screen candidates, and schedule interviews. Handle offer rollouts and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.

Attendance & Leave Management



Maintain and monitor

accurate attendance records

for all factory employees. Track and manage

leave requests

while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal norms. Identify attendance patterns and take corrective measures in coordination with department heads.

Compliance & Employee Documentation



Ensure adherence to

labour laws

and factory regulations related to health, safety, and employee welfare. Maintain updated records for

contracts, attendance, leave

, and other statutory documents. Oversee compliance with PF, ESI, Bonus, and other statutory requirements.

Employee Engagement & Relations



Act as the first point of contact for employee

queries and grievances

related to HR matters. Foster a positive work environment by resolving issues promptly and promoting open communication. Organize

employee engagement initiatives

and team-building activities.

Factory Compliance & Safety



Ensure compliance with

Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Minimum Wages Act

, and other relevant laws. Collaborate with the safety team to deliver

safety training

and ensure adherence to protocols. Maintain incident records and oversee follow-up actions.

Training & Development



Support the planning and execution of

training programs

to enhance workforce skills. Track training effectiveness and ensure alignment with factory operational standards.

Documentation & Reporting



Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all HR operations and employee data. Generate periodic reports related to

recruitment, attendance, compliance, and grievances

for senior HR management.

Candidate Profile:



? Education:



Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline

? Experience:



2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a

factory, plant, or manufacturing environment


? Skills & Attributes:



Knowledge of labour laws and factory compliance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and well-organized Ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
