Recruitment & Workforce Management
o Execute end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar and administrative staff as per plant
requirements.
o Liaise with department heads to assess manpower needs.
o Manage labor contractor relationships and ensure proper documentation and
compliance.
? HR Operations & Employee Records
o Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, shift schedules, and payroll inputs)
in HRMS.
o Monitor Attendance, Leave & Time Management systems, ensuring accuracy and
timely reporting.
o Support employee onboarding, exit formalities, and ensure proper documentation.
? Compliance & Statutory Management
o Ensure compliance with Factory Act provisions (health, safety, working hours, etc.).
o Manage statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, TDS, and other labor laws.
o Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and adherence to all legal requirements.
? Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling
o Organize and execute employee engagement activities to promote a positive
workplace culture.
o Address employee grievances and facilitate communication between workers and
management.
? HRMS & Reporting
o Maintain accurate data in HRMS software for all HR processes (mandatory).
o Prepare HR reports and MIS as required by plant management.
Key Skills Required
? 3 Years of experience in Plant HR / Manufacturing Industry
? Good knowledge of Blue-Collar Recruitment and Labor Contractor Management
? Hands-on experience in Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, Factory Act)
? Proficiency in HRMS Software (mandatory) and MS Excel
? Understanding of Labor Laws & Factory Act provisions
? Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
? Ability to manage Attendance, Leave & Time Management Systems effectively

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
