Qualification
MPM / MBA (HR) from a reputed institute.
Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- HR Generalist
The Plant HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions at the plant level, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage the biometric attendance system.
Ensure statutory compliance and maintain all HR-related documentation.
Handle HR administration, health & safety practices, and MIS reporting.
Manage all plant-level HR responsibilities as an HR Generalist.
Be well conversant with
Contract Labour Management.
Operate and monitor the biometric attendance system effectively.
Preferably have knowledge of online government portals such as NAPS/NATS.
Manage ESI, PF, security operations, and housekeeping activities.
Willingness to work night shifts as required.
Ability to travel independently to various plant locations using a personal vehicle.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,603.55 - ₹34,107.77 per month
