Job Description

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding



Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant-level roles (workers, supervisors, technicians, staff). Conduct interviews, coordinate with agencies, and ensure timely hiring. Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and induction sessions.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement



Coordinate grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes. Maintain a positive workplace culture through engagement activities and communication. Liaise with unions (if applicable) and support collective bargaining processes.

3. Time Office & Attendance Management



Oversee attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, and timesheet verification. Ensure accurate payroll inputs and coordination with the payroll team.

4. Compliance & Statutory Management



Ensure compliance with labor laws (Factories Act, ESI, PF, Wages Act, etc.). Manage statutory records, audits, and liaison with government departments. Monitor contractor compliance and maintain documentation.

5. Performance Management



Support plant-level appraisal processes and goal-setting. Track performance metrics and assist managers in performance discussions.

6. Training & Development



Identify skill gaps and coordinate technical/behavioral training programs. Maintain training MIS and evaluate training effectiveness.

7. HR Operations & Administration



Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, and monthly HR reports. Manage welfare initiatives, canteen, transportation, safety and hygiene support. Support implementation of corporate HR policies at the plant.

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliances. People-handling and conflict-resolution skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced plant environment. Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field. 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or plant HR.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
