Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete Plant HR & Administration activities.
Oversee time office management, attendance, and manpower deployment.
Ensure PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances are strictly maintained.
Coordinate Pollution Control Board (PCB) related activities and ensure all records are updated.
Drive safety initiatives and support audit readiness.
Mobilize contract labour as per operational needs and ensure statutory adherence.
Maintain liaison with statutory authorities and contractors.
Experience in manufacturing plant HR is mandatory.
Strong understanding of labour laws and compliance frameworks.
Proactive, organized, and capable of managing a large workforce.
