Job Summary:

We are hiring

Plant Helpers

to support day-to-day operations at our manufacturing/construction plant. The role involves assisting machine operators, handling materials, and maintaining cleanliness and order within the plant area. No technical experience is required, but candidates must be physically fit and hardworking.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in loading and unloading materials Support plant operators and technicians during daily work Clean and maintain the working area Move raw materials, tools, and small equipment as instructed Follow safety and cleanliness protocols at all times Perform other general labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

Physically fit and active Willing to work in shifts (if required) Able to follow instructions and safety rules No prior experience required (training will be provided) Honest, punctual, and cooperative attitude
