Only candidates from the Wire & Cable industry will be considered

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complete plant operations - Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Dispatch. Ensure daily production targets and quality benchmarks are met. Implement lean manufacturing practices, cost controls, and efficiency improvement initiatives. Enforce strong safety, 5S, and statutory compliance standards. Ensure full compliance with BIS, ISO, RoHS, and other industry-specific regulations. Coordinate interdepartmental functions - especially with Sales, R&D, and Planning. Motivate and guide the plant workforce to achieve performance goals. Handle troubleshooting and resolve technical issues specific to wire and cable production. Regular reporting to management with production and operational KPIs.

Requirements:

Minimum

8 to 10 years of experience in the Wire & Cable manufacturing industry

Proven leadership and plant handling experience. Strong knowledge of production planning, quality standards, and machine operations used in cable manufacturing. Good understanding of cost control, waste reduction, and process improvement. Excellent team management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.
