Job Overview:

The Plant Manager will oversee all operations within our manufacturing facility. This role involves managing plant performance, ensuring product quality, and optimizing production processes to meet company goals and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Direct plant operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and cost efficiency.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor plant staff, including supervisors and technicians. Foster a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Process Optimization:

Implement and monitor processes to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and industry standards.

Budget Management:

Oversee budget planning and control, including cost forecasting and expense management.

Reporting:

Prepare and present operational reports, performance metrics, and improvement plans to senior management.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in plant management, with at least 3 years in the OEM/ODM manufacturing environment.

Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process management skills. Familiarity with lean manufacturing and quality control practices.
