Job Title: Plant Head / Factory Head

Location: Noida

CTC Range: ₹20 - ?30 LPA

Experience: Minimum 10 Years

Industry: Television / Home Appliances Manufacturing

Reporting To: Managing Director / COO

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Plant Head to lead overall manufacturing operations at our state-of-the-art facility producing televisions and home appliances. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale production, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality while adhering to safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Full ownership of plant operations - production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and safety.

Strategic planning and execution to achieve output targets, cost control, and delivery timelines.

Ensure adherence to lean manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor daily production performance, optimize resource utilization, and drive OEE improvement.

Coordinate with R&D, procurement, and quality teams for seamless operations.

Drive a strong culture of safety, discipline, and accountability on the shop floor.

Recruit, train, and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure high employee engagement.

Control inventory levels, reduce wastage, and optimize production costs.

Handle statutory compliances, audits, and factory administration.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or relevant field.

10+ years of leadership experience in TV / Home Appliances manufacturing, with at least 3-5 years as a Plant Head or similar role.

Deep understanding of manufacturing operations including SMT, PCB assembly, plastic injection molding, panel assembly, etc.

Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning abilities.

Knowledge of ERP systems, lean manufacturing, and factory automation preferred.
