Plant Head

for one of the

Electrical Manufacturing

Industry at

Jaipur

location.

:-

1. Plant Operations & Production:-

Plan, direct, and manage plant operations for production, maintenance, and inventory in line with customer demand and business objectives. Optimize production flow through Lean Manufacturing and Hijinks implementation. Ensure 100% OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery to customers.

2. Quality Assurance & Systems

Lead the Quality Assurance function and act as the Management Representative (MR) for IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949).

3. Continuous Improvement / TQM / Six Sigma

Manage Green & Black Belt project pipelines and mentor project owners.

4. People Development & Engagement

Build high-performance teams through motivation, training, and performance management.

5. Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)

Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
