Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the

toolroom operations

for injection/compression mold manufacturing, maintenance, and repair. Oversee

design, development, and manufacturing

of new molds, jigs, and fixtures. Ensure

tool quality, dimensional accuracy, and productivity

within set timelines. Develop and implement

SOPs, preventive maintenance schedules, and process improvements

. Manage a team of tool designers, toolmakers, and operators, ensuring training and skill development. Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams for new product development and mold trials. Optimize

resources, costs, and machine utilization (VMC, EDM, Wirecut, Grinding, etc.)

. Ensure compliance with

safety, quality, and ISO standards

. Vendor coordination for outsourced tool manufacturing and components.

Experience Required:

15+ years

in Toolroom operations with at least

5 years in a leadership role

. Strong expertise in

plastic mold design & manufacturing

(Injection & Compression). Knowledge of

CAD/CAM software (UG, CATIA, AutoCAD, MasterCAM, etc.)

. Proven track record in

leading

Required Education ( Qualification) Essential:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Tool & Die Making / Manufacturing Engineering. NTTF / CIPET / GTTC qualified toolmakers preferred.

Desired:

Certification in CAD/CAM, CNC Programming, or Project Management. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma is an advantage.

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
