Job Description

I. Production Strategy & Operational Excellence



End-to-End Execution:

Drive daily production activities, ensuring meticulous adherence to schedules and Material Requirement Planning (MRP).

Technical Oversight:

Provide subject matter expertise in

industrial roasting, precision grinding, and advanced extraction

(spray/freeze dried or liquid) to maintain brand-defining quality.

Lean Transformation:

Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize workflows and maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

Capacity & Growth:

Oversee long-term capacity planning and the management of CAPEX projects for facility expansion.

II. Resource & Waste Management



Sustainability & Waste Reduction:

Engineer and monitor robust waste management protocols to minimize raw material loss and operational shrinkage.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Conduct rigorous reviews of production data to monitor KPIs and performance metrics.

Finished Goods Coordination:

Synchronize with supply chain teams to ensure seamless transition from production to dispatch.

III. Commercial, Quality & Compliance



Vendor Management:

Lead strategic negotiations with suppliers to optimize procurement costs and service reliability.

Quality Assurance:

Act as the final authority on customer complaint resolution and sensory quality control.

Regulatory & Safety:

Ensure 100% compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and FSSAI regulations.

Labor Relations:

Supervise a multi-tiered workforce, ensuring optimal labor productivity and a safe working environment.

What do we need? (Requirements)



Industry Expertise:

10+ years of progressive experience in food processing.

Direct experience in industrial coffee roasting is preferred.

Technical Advantage:

Proven track record in high-yield coffee extraction processes.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

Pay: Up to ?1,200,000.00 per year
