Qualification & Experience

Diploma / BE in

Plastic Technology / Plastic Processing

15-20 years

experience in

automotive injection moulded components

Minimum

5+ years

in

Plant Head / Manufacturing Head

role

Job Purpose

Responsible for

end-to-end manufacturing operations

of an

automotive plastic injection moulding unit

, ensuring

production, quality, cost control, safety, and profitability

.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complete

plant operations

- Production, Quality, Maintenance, PPC and Tooling Ensure

on-time delivery

and

zero customer line stoppage

Drive

IATF 16949 compliance

, zero-defect manufacturing and layered process audits Implement

TPM, TQM, Lean, Kaizen, 5S and cell manufacturing

Own

plant P&L

, budgeting, cost reduction and

VA / VE projects

Ensure optimum utilization of

men, machine, material & methods

Oversee

capacity planning, machine & infrastructure planning

Support

NPD

from trial to mass production Lead

people development, succession planning and performance reviews

Present

MIS / MRM

reports to management
