15-20 Years (preferably in a similar industry)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day plant operations, ensuring optimal productivity, safety, and quality standards. Oversee manufacturing processes, preventive maintenance, production planning, and inventory control. Drive continuous improvements in production efficiency and cost optimization. Manage teams across production, maintenance, QA/QC, stores, dispatch, and HR/admin functions within the plant. Coordinate with the senior management on production goals, budgets, and operational strategies. Ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO/TS or relevant certifications). Lead internal and external audits and implement corrective/preventive actions. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
