Education Qualification: Master's degree in Food Science, or a related field.

1. Plant Operations:
? Oversee all aspects of plant structures and design, plant operations, end to
end manufacturing operations including roasting, cooling, de-skinning, sorting,
packaging and dispatch.
? Plan and schedule production runs to meet customer demand and optimize
resource utilization.
? Develop and implement short-term and long-term operational plans to achieve
production targets, improve efficiency, and maximize profitability.
? Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce
waste.
? Manage with various departments for seamless operations (Procurement, Quality,
Production, Store, Logistics).
? Ensure all quality standards are being practiced by suppliers and products are
produced to our required quality standards.
? Manage plant budgets, product costing and ensure cost-effective utilization of
resources.
? Oversee plant maintenance activities to ensure equipment is properly maintained
and operating efficiently.
? Ensure quality control, food safety, and compliance with industry regulations.
? Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
? Train, mentor, and manage manpower to ensure seamless operation.
2. Quality Assurance and Food Safety:
? Ensure adherence to FSSAI and Codex quality standards.
? Oversee implementation of GMP, GHP and HACCP.
? Coordinate with QA/QC team to address non -conformities and customer complaints.

3. Process & Productivity Improvement
? Implement Lean manufacturing, 5S and Kaizen Initiatives.
? Monitor KPIs such as yield ,OEE, rework and wastage
? Drive continuous improvement in roasting uniformity, texture and taste profile.

4. Inventory & Material Management
? Coordinate with procurement and stores of RM & PM
? Monitor RM stock levels, batch traceability and FIFO/FEFO implementation.
5. Documentation & Compliance
? Ensure documentation of production records, BMR and traceability logs.
? Prepare for internal / external audits (FSSAI, FSSC, Customer, and Third Party).
? Maintain statutory compliance with labor, safety and environmental regulations.
