Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Plant Head

to lead our manufacturing operations at our furniture production facility in

Bidhayak, Jaipur

. The ideal candidate should have at least

2 years of experience

in plant operations, preferably in the

furniture or wood products

industry. This role requires strong leadership, process optimization skills, and a hands-on approach to ensure productivity, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and dispatch Implement and monitor production schedules to meet delivery timelines Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process Lead and motivate the shop floor team for efficient performance and discipline Manage raw material and inventory planning with coordination from the purchase team Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Identify areas for process improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives Liaise with senior management on planning, budgeting, and reporting

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or relevant field Minimum

2 years of plant management or supervisory experience

, preferably in furniture or wood-based manufacturing Strong leadership and team management skills Hands-on knowledge of production planning, machinery handling, and quality systems Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S practices is an advantage

Compensation:

As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience and skills)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,570.64 - ?87,124.16 per month
