Works Manager / Plant Head

Education Requirements :

Diploma Or Degree in Mechanical , Electrical , Electronics , Plastic With

05 to 8 Years of works Experience on plant head position.

Candidate must have experience in Rigid plastics packaging - Buckets, Caps, Jar etc.

CTC- 14-18 lacs

, Responsibilities Area :

Strong knowledge of Injection Molding

,

IML Robotics

, and

utility and auxiliary systems

used in the plastics industry.

Proven experience in

rigid packaging

manufacturing using injection molding processes.

Responsible for leading and managing cross-functional teams including

Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality, and Administration

.

Proficient in

SAP

and its application in plant operations and reporting.

Exposure to and experience in handling

plant-level commercial activities

.

Preferred candidate profile :

Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive performance across departments.

Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Injection Moulding processes, IML Robotics, and associated utilities and auxiliaries.

Commercial Acumen: Exposure to budgeting, cost control, vendor management, and other commercial functions.

Quality Management: Familiarity with ISO standards, audits, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Pay: ?1,400,000.00 - ?1,700,000.00 per year
