Position Overview

Voltas Beko is looking for an experienced

Site Manager

with strong exposure to

Refrigerator manufacturing/operations

. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in

Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance

, site operations management, MIS reporting, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee

overall site operations

related to refrigerator manufacturing and maintenance activities Manage

electrical and mechanical maintenance

of plant equipment and utilities Ensure

smooth functioning of machinery

, minimizing downtime and improving efficiency Lead and supervise

maintenance teams

, contractors, and vendors Prepare and present

MIS reports

, daily/weekly/monthly performance reports Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and safety Ensure compliance with

safety standards

, company policies, and statutory requirements Plan and execute

preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules

Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets Support continuous improvement initiatives at the site

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 12+ years of experience

as a Site Manager / Maintenance Manager

Mandatory experience in Refrigerator manufacturing or related appliances

Strong knowledge of

Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance systems

Proven experience in

plant/site management

Excellent skills in

communication, coordination, and MIS report preparation

Ability to manage teams and handle multiple site-level responsibilities

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
